Refund policy

At Mindful Meraki, each piece is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:

 

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

 

Once approved, we will send a replacement item.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production. Because items are printed on demand, production begins shortly after purchase.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
